Web development

For businesses that need a fast, modern web presence — from a marketing site that converts to a full SaaS platform your customers use every day.

What "web development" means at Vaniworks#

Vaniworks is a web development agency and software development company building marketing sites, SaaS platforms, dashboards, and APIs for growing businesses. We treat "the website" and "the product" as different jobs, even when they're built with the same stack. A marketing site's job is to get the right visitor to take one specific action quickly. A SaaS platform's job is to keep working correctly for the same user, every day, as their data and usage grow. Conflating the two is where a lot of web projects go wrong — either the marketing site turns into an over-engineered app, or the product gets treated like a one-time build instead of something that needs to evolve.

What we build:

  • Marketing sites — fast, focused on conversion, built to be genuinely easy to update after launch rather than requiring a developer for every copy change.
  • SaaS platforms — the full product: auth, billing, the core workflow your customers pay for, and the operational tooling (admin views, logging, error handling) that keeps it running without surprises.
  • Dashboards — internal or customer-facing views into data that need to stay fast and clear even as the underlying data grows.
  • REST APIs — the backend layer other things (mobile apps, integrations, internal tools) can build on reliably.

Our approach#

For a marketing site: start from what the visitor needs to know and do, then design and build around that — not the other way around. For a SaaS platform: build the core workflow first, end to end, before adding secondary features, so you have something real to test with users early rather than a pile of half-finished screens.

What you get#

A site or platform you can actually maintain — documented, using patterns your team (or ours, if you stay on as a partner) can extend without archaeology, and built with the assumption that it needs to keep working next year, not just at launch.
